Are Today's Protest Movements Writing Manifestos?

We kindly invite you to a guest lecture with Martin Puchner (Harvard) on Wednesday, January 10th, 16:00-18:00, at Geschwister-Scholl-Platz 1 - M 101.

19.12.2023

Political manifestos, which emerged in the 19th century, and art manifestos, which emerged in the early 20th century, have been important tools for activism. So why are recent protest movements shying away from this genre? And what happens when groups and individuals nevertheless issue manifestos today?

Such questions will be discussed by Martin Puchner (Harvard University) in the next event in the ArtsAutonomy lecture series, which will take place on Wednesday January 10th from 16:00-18:00 at LMU Munich.
